Devops Lead

• Introduce and ensure correct tooling and process in build pipelines
• Optimize time to delivery for requested changes in digital products and systems
• Remove tooling barriers and complexity to maximize efficiency in software development
• Develop and maintain build pipelines
• Coach and develop digital product teams in DevOps practice
• Collaborate with product teams ensuring systems and solutions are testable and easy to deploy
• Work towards a digital landscape enabled for a/b testing and continuous deploy and delivery
• Ensure tools and processes to monitor production environments
• Ensure reusability of product components and contribute to tech communities
• Define and document best practices regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance
• Design, build and deploy Azure / AWS applications at direction of lead architects
• Implement large-scale data processing, statistical modeling and advanced analytics

• Solid software engineering skills across full stack development
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated breadth of knowledge across digital technology, digital infrastructure, IT services and product operations
• Expertise in Microservices and DevOps-focused environments
• Experience with tools like GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, and AKS
• Support development and deployment using MS Azure and Terraform
• Experience with agile methodologies and cloud-native solutions
