What you’ll do: Responsibilities: Client-facing DevOps Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and managing secure, scalable, and automated DevOps solutions across AWS, Azure DevOps, and Kubernetes environments within an MSP delivery model. Manage Azure DevOps (RBAC, pipelines, repositories, agents) Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Azure DevOps •Implement containerization using Docker and manage Kubernetes (EKS) deployments •Manage AWS infrastructure (EKS, ECR, EC2, S3, ALB/NLB, Lambda) •Implement monitoring and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki •Define and execute Disaster Recovery strategies (RPO/RTO, backup, restore testing) •Troubleshoot production issues and support release cycles •Coordinate with stakeholders and provide regular client updates •Prepare documentation, reports, and runbooks •Participate in On-Call and SLA-driven support model Technical Skills/Knowledge Requirement : Cloud Platforms: AWS (primary), Azure DevOps •Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (EKS) •CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, Azure DevOps Pipelines •Monitoring Tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki •Scripting: Python, Shell scripting •Strong knowledge of automation, troubleshooting, and system design •Good understanding of DR strategies and production support What You Need To Bring : 5–10 years in DevOps / Cloud Engineering Onsite / Hybrid (as per client requirement) 24x7 support / On-call (as per SLA model) Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related field AWS Certified Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA/CKAD) ITIL Foundation Strong client-facing experience in MSP environment •Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines •Strong troubleshooting and automation mindset Additional Skills: Accountability, Accountability, Action Planning, Active Learning, Active Listening, Bias, Business Growth, Business Planning, Coaching, Commercial Acumen, Creativity, Critical Thinking, Cross-Functional Teamwork, Customer Experience Strategy, Customer Solutions, Data Analysis Management, Data Collection Management (Inactive), Data Controls, Design Thinking, Empathy, Follow-Through, Growth Mindset, Intellectual Curiosity (Inactive), Long Term Planning, Managing Ambiguity {+ 5 more}
