Job Description

A leading financial services organisation is strengthening its Identity & Access Management capability and is looking for a Senior DevOps / IAM Engineer with deep One Identity Manager expertise. This is not a standard DevOps role. You’ll combine engineering depth with control automation in a complex, highly regulated environment – remediating, improving, and automating IGA services so they become more effective, scalable, and audit-ready.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and implement structural improvements in One Identity Manager that remediate deficiencies and strengthen IAM control effectiveness
  • Automate manual service and control activities to boost efficiency, consistency, and traceability
  • Translate control findings, operational issues, and technical risks into sustainable, backlog-ready engineering solutions
  • Improve evidencing, monitoring, and technical substantiation across in-scope IAM services
  • Build reusable, scalable engineering patterns within the One Identity landscape

Requirements

  • Academic working/thinking level (Bachelor or Master in a relevant field)
  • Extensive experience as a DevOps, Software, or IAM Engineer in a complex IT environment
  • Strong hands-on One Identity Manager and IGA experience
  • Proficiency in SQL / SQL Server, APIs/web services, scripting & automation, job services, data mapping, and system integrations
  • Solid grasp of IAM concepts: provisioning, deprovisioning, recertification, reconciliation, Segregation of Duties, RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, API orchestration
  • Proven track record in remediating and improving existing IAM services (not just greenfield builds)
  • Experience automating control, evidencing, or monitoring processes
  • Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable in a regulated environment with high expectations on traceability and operational control
