The Formlabs Software Team is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead our DevOps Team, a critical function dedicated to empowering our engineers with the best tools, infrastructure, and practices to deliver exceptional software. The DevOps Engineering Team at Formlabs is committed to building and maintaining a unified, efficient, and scalable platform for our engineering operations. Our mission is to enhance productivity, collaboration, and innovation by equipping our software engineers with state-of-the-art tools, infrastructure, and processes to build, test, and deploy software efficiently and effectively.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the operation, maintenance, and security of Formlabs’ cloud infrastructure
  • Develop and promote software engineering tools such as build systems, deployment pipelines, and CI/CD frameworks
  • Establish and champion standardized engineering processes across teams
  • Define and implement monitoring, analytics, and reporting for products, engineering tools, and infrastructure
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and provide training for engineers
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence
