IQ Inc. is looking for a mid-to-senior level DevOps Engineer who enjoys tackling complex challenges, supporting multiple teams, and building reliable, scalable cloud and automation solutions. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to design, build, and own DevOps solutions across a wide variety of products, architectures, and client environments. Job Responsibility:
Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure
Create and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform (plus Bicep/CloudFormation as needed)
Build CI/CD pipelines from scratch using Azure DevOps
Support and optimize multiple concurrent client environments (Dev, Test, Demo, Prod)
Containerize applications using Docker
work with Kubernetes where applicable
Integrate automated testing into build/release workflows
Document environments, decisions, processes, and architectures
Operate independently while supporting multiple teams and clients in parallel
When DevOps workload is lighter, contribute directly to product development efforts
candidates should have real‑world software engineering experience, ideally using .NET/C#, Angular, and Python, and be comfortable jumping into production‑level coding as needed
Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role
Strong experience with AWS and Azure
Hands-on, professional experience with Terraform
Experience building end-to-end CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
Strong knowledge of Docker and containerized application workflows
Understanding of multiple-environment setups and deployment strategies
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Working knowledge of security and compliance standards (HIPAA, HITRUST)
Familiarity with IAM best practices, audit logging, and dependency scanning tools
Ability to manage multiple client environments and operate with minimal oversight
Strong communication skills and solid documentation habits
