As part of expanding the Digital and Technology organization, we are building a team of DevOps tooling engineers who can drive engineering effectiveness across our product engineering teams. We seek DevOps tool engineers for all our tool stack, with various levels of experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work on building a Kubernetes Developer platform to enable developer teams in the company
  • Take on a key role in improving observability and monitoring, assisting application teams through providing advice and helping them hands-on
  • Implementing pipelines to automatically build, test, and deploy with Azure DevOps, GitHub actions, and similar
  • Automate functional/performance tests using Postman
  • Develop pipelines and/or self-service portals to automate common admin tasks
  • Stakeholder management, maintaining a positive relationship with partner teams
  • Work in a small international agile team
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, and sprint demos
  • Work in an environment where not everything is defined up front, learning as we go

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes and AKS
  • Experience with observability and monitoring: New Relic, OpsGenie
  • Experience with platform: Azure cloud (Azure functions, VM management, network)
  • Experience with CI/CD: GitHub (Actions), GitLab, Azure DevOps
  • Experience with Infrastructure as code: Helm, Terraform
  • Experience with Testing: Postman
  • Experience with Self-service portals: Node, JavaScript, Typescript, Go, Python
  • Curious person who likes to try out and learn about different technologies
