Job Responsibility

  • Design, implement, automate, and maintain a largely autonomous Cleanroom environment capable of analysing, cleansing, and rapidly recovering affected systems following a ransomware incident
  • Remit covers both application data and infrastructure configuration, with a strong emphasis on security, recovery readiness, and end-to-end automation
  • Responsible for the day-to-day support of the Cleanroom environment, including incident, problem, and change management, as well as ensuring systems consistently meet security standards

Requirements

  • VMware Aria Automation (essential)
  • Ransomware resilience strategies, including recovery planning, immutable backups, and air gapping
  • Security hardening best practices
  • Role-based access control (RBAC) and privilege management
  • Understanding of common malware techniques and attacker behaviour
  • Vulnerability management and risk assessment
  • Cryptography, certificate handling, and secrets management
  • Network segmentation design and implementation
  • Terraform (preferred)
  • Ansible (advantageous)
