Job Responsibility

  • Scrums. We'll start every day with a scrum, working together to understand responsibilities, identify issues, and communicate priorities
  • Collaboration and Communication. You'll be the point person for developers and operations when they need to find a solution quickly. You'll listen to their needs, find a solution and share it. You're comfortable presenting to leadership everything from system designs to new ideas for technology to production incidents
  • Code Review. Working in two-week sprints, you'll ensure that code runs through automation scripts with no errors and can automate scale for demand Support. Installation, configuration and administration of various Payroll ,HR, Social Security applications
  • CI/CD. You'll be part of the team that designs and implements automation to our existing CI/CD tools to help usable products get to market faster through accurate automation
  • Variety of work. There is no typical day. You will support applications, checking if something is not working and writing the code it takes to fix it. You must be nimble, adaptable, and flexible
  • Change. You're comfortable working on products with old and new technologies. Inevitable challenges will arise, and we'll rely on you to look for a solution. Fail fast, fail safely

Requirements

  • A strong technical background to be able to effectively provide technical support
  • Effective communication skills to be able to productively participate in discussion, understand customer’s requirements and clearly articulate yourself when presenting solutions
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • A willingness to learn and continuously improve by working with new tools and technologies
  • CI/CD Platforms – GitLab (preferred), GitHub Actions, Jenkins etc
  • Any one major cloud - AWS (preferred), GCP, Azure
  • Familiarity with modern tooling – e.g. Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, etc
  • Scripting Languages – e.g., Bash, Python or PowerShell
  • Experience in Windows Server administration 2016-2022
  • Experience in SQL administration 2016-2022
  • Administration Linux: RedHat
  • Knowledge of Apache, Nginx
  • Knowledge of Citrix
  • Project management tools: Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow
  • Enterprise Observability Tools – e.g. Dynatrace (preferred), Splunk, etc
  • English language proficiency at B2 level
  • Agile methods (Scrum and Kanban)
  • Ability to work on on-call duty

  • Transforms the detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document that focuses on how to deliver the required functionality
