We are seeking DevOps Engineers with 2–6 years of experience to support and operate custom CI/CD and artifact management platforms. This role is focused on operational support, user enablement, and platform stability, acting as the L1/L2 support layer for developer teams. The ideal candidate will have strong scripting skills, hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, and solid knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, along with a user-first mindset.
Job Responsibility:
Act as L1/L2 support for CI/CD and JFrog platform-related user queries
Troubleshoot build failures, pipeline issues, and artifact upload/download problems
Conduct daily/weekly office hours to assist developers with debugging and best practices
Onboard new services and workloads onto the CI/CD platform
Reduce onboarding time for new microservices
Assist teams in creating and optimizing Dockerfiles and Helm charts
Support temporary environment setup for testing
Analyze build logs and pipeline configurations to optimize build performance
Identify recurring issues and implement fixes to reduce operational and on-call noise
Maintain and upgrade Repo Service and Artifactory configurations
Create and maintain self-help documentation
Document Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical incidents
Requirements:
2–6 years of experience in DevOps / Platform Operations / SRE support roles
Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go
Hands-on experience with CI/CD workflows and tools
Solid working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
Experience writing and troubleshooting Helm charts
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a user-facing operational support role
Nice to have:
Experience with JFrog / Artifactory
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Experience supporting developer enablement or platform teams
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools
Strong communication skills and documentation mindset
Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments
