As a DevOps Engineer at Tiki, you’ll help maintain & improve the systems that power one of Vietnam’s most trusted e-commerce platforms. From automating deployments to scaling for millions of users, you’ll contribute to keeping our systems resilient, observable, and secure — 24/7. You’ll work closely with developers, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver fast, stable, and scalable systems.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform and Ansible
Ensure reliable and performant production systems through proactive monitoring and tuning
Troubleshoot and debug system-level issues in close collaboration with developers
Support on-call rotations, handle incidents, and participate in post-mortem analysis
Support system readiness for high-traffic events with capacity planning and auto-scaling
Set up and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging infrastructure (Prometheus, Loki, etc.)
Identify and mitigate infrastructure risks through security audits and automation
Maintain access control, automate permissions, and contribute to internal system documentation
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a relevant DevOps, System Engineer role
Hands-on experience operating Linux-based systems (e.g. Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian)
Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible
Experience with cloud platforms: GCP or AWS
Strong Git skills and experience using GitHub or GitLab workflows
Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and incident response workflows
Comfortable participating in on-call and production support
Nice to have:
Knowledge of web servers and load balancers: Nginx, HAProxy
Solid understanding of distributed systems and networking fundamentals
Proactive mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
Interest in database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL) is a plus — this role often collaborates closely with DBRE
