Dawn Health is a leading Digital Health product company building scalable digital solutions for Life Science partners globally. As a scale-up, we are continuing our transition towards a platform-first and SaaS-driven model. We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our Platform team in Copenhagen and play a key role in building and evolving the infrastructure and automation that powers our products across teams and markets.
Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation across the platform
Improve infrastructure and deployment processes using Infrastructure as Code
Support and evolve our cloud platform (Azure, AKS, multi-tenant setup)
Improve developer experience (DevEx) across teams
Contribute to observability, monitoring, and incident response practices
Ensure platform solutions align with security and compliance requirements
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product teams to improve system reliability and scalability
Identify improvement areas and work with teams to reduce bottlenecks
Contribute to adoption of AI-enabled development practices
Requirements:
Experience working with DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud infrastructure
Experience with CI/CD tools and pipeline automation
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Bicep, Terraform, ARM)
Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
Understanding of containerization and orchestration (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes/AKS)
Experience working in Agile environments
Professional proficiency in English
Nice to have:
Experience working with multi-tenant architectures
Experience in regulated environments (e.g. healthcare, medtech, SaMD)
Experience with observability and monitoring tools (e.g. LGTM stack - Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir)
Experience with CI/CD platforms (e.g. Azure DevOps)
Experience with GitOps practices and tools (e.g. ArgoCD)
Experience with security and compliance in cloud environments
Experience supporting test automation and quality engineering
