The IT company Andersen invites a DevOps Engineer in UAE to support a digital transformation, enhancing public services, improving engagement, and optimizing internal processes through modern, scalable solutions. The customer is a public-sector organization responsible for advancing digital innovation and modernizing services across multiple domains. It supports strategic initiatives in emerging technologies, collaborates with industry and research partners, and develops long-term technology frameworks for improving operational efficiency and service accessibility. The organization focuses on secure, scalable, and sustainable digital development to drive continuous improvement within the broader ecosystem. The project is focused on driving digital transformation by developing and supporting modern digital solutions that enhance social services, improve public engagement, strengthen international relations, and streamline internal administrative processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Designing and implementing system integrations between internal and third-party applications
  • Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
  • Monitoring infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security
  • Utilizing Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS/Azure DevOps for system automation

Requirements:

  • Еxperience in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering for 5+ years
  • Strong expertise in Kubernetes (preferably VMware Tanzu), Docker, and Helm
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, especially Azure DevOps Server and Linux agents
  • Solid understanding of networking and virtualization (VMware NSX-T, vSphere, F5)
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools: Ansible and Terraform
  • Familiarity with security and identity platforms: Keycloak, Kong, MFA
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL and its use in service backends
  • Experience with code quality and mobile security tools (SonarQube, MobSF)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above

Nice to have:

  • Certifications in Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, or VMware technologies
  • Experience in regulated or high-security environments
  • Familiarity with mobile app security and dependency scanning
