The Opportunity We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our IT team and become part of an international, dynamic, and constantly evolving environment. Your Mission As a DevOps Engineer, your mission will be to design an ecosystem where software can flow continuously, securely, and at scale. You will remove manual bottlenecks and ensure that infrastructure is as flexible and efficient as the code it supports, contributing to both business growth and people development while aligning your work with the company strategy.

Job Responsibility

  • Optimize the software delivery lifecycle from commit to production by designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to ensure scalable and reproducible environments
  • Implement monitoring and observability solutions to proactively detect issues before they impact end users
  • Integrate security controls at every stage of the development lifecycle
  • Act as a bridge between Development and QA teams

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent technical education
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or similar roles
  • Strong knowledge of technologies such as Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, .NET, React, Angular, etc.
  • Experience with testing tools such as Selenium and Cypress
  • Solid experience working in cloud environments, especially Azure
  • Strong knowledge of Docker and container orchestration with Kubernetes
  • Experience using Terraform
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, and similar platforms
  • Ability to automate tasks using Python
  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
  • Advanced Linux system administration skills
  • High English proficiency (C1)

Nice to have

  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and resolving critical incidents
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
