Job Description:

As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation. Your responsibilities will include migrating applications from on-prem to GCP, monitoring web applications, automating daily tasks, and maintaining the production environment. You will collaborate closely with development teams, system administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure our systems are highly available, secure, and efficient. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced DevOps professional who is passionate about solving complex challenges and enabling engineering teams to perform at their best.

Job Responsibility:

  • Designing, building, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation
  • Migrating applications from on-prem to GCP
  • Monitoring web applications
  • Automating daily tasks
  • Maintaining the production environment
  • Collaborating closely with development teams, system administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure our systems are highly available, secure, and efficient

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar
  • Proven experience as a DevOps / Engineering Team Lead, including team mentoring, technical decision-making, workload prioritization, and cross-team coordination
  • Strong hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure, with a preference for GCP)
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes and Helm for container orchestration and management
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins
  • Expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Terragrunt
  • Proven experience building and optimizing observability stacks with Prometheus and Grafana, including metrics design, alerting strategies, and dashboarding
  • Strong knowledge of Docker for containerization
