DevOps Engineer

• Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of applications, infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines across multi‑environment setups
• Lead and execute system migrations, upgrades, and integrations, including decisions on tooling, automation frameworks, and deployment strategies
• Own and resolve incidents and problems, prioritising according to SLA commitments and business impact
• Establish and advocate for DevOps best practices, including monitoring, automation, documentation, and knowledge-sharing standards
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and vendors to manage escalations, provide technical fixes, and support long-term improvement initiatives

• Skilled in system integration and deployment of DevOps tooling, with experience in Kubernetes, Docker, and APIGEE implementations
• Capable of managing full lifecycle migrations, upgrades, and release transitions with complete ownership
• Experienced in service management, incident resolution, and handling multiple cases concurrently within agreed SLAs
• Knowledgeable in UNIX/Linux administration, IT infrastructure domains such as DNS and proxy configurations, and connectivity techniques
• Familiar with microservices architecture, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and preferred tools such as SonarQube and Nexus
• Able to troubleshoot database and application issues across UNIX and Windows environments and maintain comprehensive documentation
• ITIL Foundation certification, AWS knowledge, software development understanding, and Remedy experience are advantageous

• Exposure to large-scale DevOps ecosystems supporting global applications across Vodafone markets
