Andersen is hiring a DevOps Engineer with German to develop and support cloud infrastructure, automation processes, and scalable environments for international digital projects.
Job Responsibility
Building and managing Kubernetes clusters, deployments, and manifests automation (Helm/Kustomize).
Configuring networking components such as CNI, Services, LoadBalancers, and Ingress controllers.
Managing certificates, PKI, mTLS, and secure service communication.
Building CI/CD pipelines for build, test, scan, and deployment processes.
Implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for cluster and cloud resources.
Integrating monitoring, security scanning, policy-as-code, and image signing into delivery workflows.
Automating operational processes using Bash, Python, or Go.
Ensuring cluster reliability, scalability, node health, and SLO compliance.
Troubleshooting traffic flows, routing, and network/security policies.
Operating confidential workloads and maintaining security, encryption, and compliance controls.
Implementing canary releases, rollback mechanisms, and resilience improvements.
Building dashboards, alerts, incident response workflows, and self-healing automation.
Leading incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous reliability improvements.
Requirements
Experience as a DevOps Engineer for 4+ years.
Advanced expertise in Kubernetes operations, including cluster provisioning, scaling, node health, networking, and traffic management.
Strong experience with Ingress solutions such as NGINX, Traefik, or Istio Gateway.
Hands-on experience with certificate management, PKI, and mTLS using cert-manager, ACME, Istio, or Linkerd.
Advanced skills in building secure CI/CD pipelines, including security scanning and image signing.
Strong background in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Pulumi, or Crossplane.
Solid experience with observability platforms for logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting.
Deep knowledge of runtime security, audit logging, and compliance automation.
Proven experience in incident response, root-cause analysis, and reliability engineering.
Strong scripting and automation skills using Bash, Python, or Go.
Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
Level of German – from Intermediate+ and above.
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with Confidential Computing, secure enclaves, and attestation.
Practical knowledge of implementing self-healing mechanisms and automated rollback logic.
Experience in enforcing identity and encryption policies across distributed microservices.
Background in drift detection and operational safety within IaC environments.
Previous experience in highly regulated or public sector cloud projects.
