Job Description

The DevOps Engineer will play a crucial role in optimizing Azure infrastructure and application delivery. This position requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, with proven expertise in Azure, Azure DevOps, and Terraform. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering and a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and security best practices. Responsibilities include setting up CI/CD pipelines, managing Azure environments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement DevOps best practices.

Job Responsibility

  • Set up new Azure DevOps projects and design CI/CD pipelines tailored to specific project requirements
  • Design, develop, and manage CI/CD processes for: Application deployments
  • Databricks deployments (jobs, notebooks, clusters, etc.)
  • Terraform-based infrastructure deployments
  • Automate infrastructure and application deployment processes using reusable Terraform modules to ensure consistency across environments
  • Manage and optimize Azure environments to support scalability, reliability, and security
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement DevOps best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure all deployment processes and infrastructure configurations comply with internal security and governance standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 7-10 years in a similar role
  • Proven hands-on experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, and Terraform
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments
  • Familiarity with Databricks and Azure Data Factory for data platform automation
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, security, and governance best practices
  • Experience working collaboratively within agile or cross-functional teams
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for automation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English
