Job Description:

A fast-growing biotechnology company is building the future of cell therapy manufacturing. Focused on transforming access to life-saving treatments, the company is developing a scalable, cost-effective, and fully automated solution that enables the industrialization of cell therapy production. The team is developing a next-generation web application to support a proprietary platform for cell therapy manufacturing. This position involves providing production support and troubleshooting across critical infrastructure components. This position involves providing hands-on production support, including flexible schedule and shifts to ensure critical uptime and system stability.

Job Responsibility:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents promptly to ensure system uptime and optimal performance
  • Manage and optimize Azure DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment
  • Analyze logs in ElasticSearch to diagnose and resolve application and infrastructure issues
  • Monitor and manage Docker containers, analyze Docker stats, and ensure optimal container health and performance
  • Maintain and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including backups, performance tuning, and query troubleshooting
  • Maintain API documentation using Swagger and ensure seamless API integrations
  • Work closely with development and operations teams to resolve issues and deploy software updates

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing production environments
  • Proven expertise with ElasticSearch, Azure DevOps, PostgreSQL, Swagger, .NET, and Docker
  • Strong understanding of system performance optimization and container troubleshooting
  • Experience working in Azure environments, including managing cloud resources and services
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a distributed team
  • English: B2 or higher (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

  • Good scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Ansible)
  • Experience with Kubernetes or other orchestration tools
