Job Description:

A fast-growing biotechnology company is building the future of cell therapy manufacturing. Focused on transforming access to life-saving treatments, the company is developing a scalable, cost-effective, and fully automated solution that enables the industrialization of cell therapy production. The team is developing a next-generation web application to support a proprietary platform for cell therapy manufacturing. This position involves providing production support and troubleshooting across critical infrastructure components. This position involves providing hands-on production support, including flexible schedule and shifts to ensure critical uptime and system stability.

Job Responsibility:

Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents promptly to ensure system uptime and optimal performance
Manage and optimize Azure DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment
Analyze logs in ElasticSearch to diagnose and resolve application and infrastructure issues
Monitor and manage Docker containers, analyze Docker stats, and ensure optimal container health and performance
Maintain and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including backups, performance tuning, and query troubleshooting
Maintain API documentation using Swagger and ensure seamless API integrations
Work closely with development and operations teams to resolve issues and deploy software updates

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on experience managing production environments
Proven expertise with ElasticSearch, Azure DevOps, PostgreSQL, Swagger, .NET, and Docker
Strong understanding of system performance optimization and container troubleshooting
Experience working in Azure environments, including managing cloud resources and services
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a distributed team
English: B2 or higher (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

Good scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Ansible)
Experience with Kubernetes or other orchestration tools
