Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines across cloud environments. You will collaborate closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to drive automation and operational excellence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and other automation tools
  • Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation
  • Containerize applications using Docker and manage orchestration via Kubernetes
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions for proactive issue detection
  • Automate operational processes using scripting (Bash/Shell/Python)
  • Ensure system reliability, performance, scalability, and security best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve deployment frequency and system stability
  • Troubleshoot production issues and ensure minimal downtime
  • Maintain documentation for infrastructure, deployments, and processes

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps and Cloud Engineering
  • Strong experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS (Preferred), Azure, GCP
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
  • Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins and CI/CD implementation
  • Solid scripting skills in Bash, Shell, or Python
  • Excellent understanding of Docker and Kubernetes architecture
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as: CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stack
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, security groups, IAM, VPCs, etc.
  • Experience in working within Agile/Scrum environments

Nice to have:

  • Experience with GitOps practices
  • Knowledge of Helm charts and Kubernetes security best practices
  • Exposure to multi-cloud environments
  • Experience in financial services or high-availability systems
