Job Description

The ServiceNow Developer role at NTT DATA involves consulting with internal clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with expertise in modules like ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM, and ITAM. Responsibilities include collaborating with Product Owners, preparing technical documentation, and developing end-to-end ServiceNow solutions. Preferred certifications include CSA, CAD, or CIS. This position offers a hybrid working environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Practice Managers to understand detailed business and user requirements and align technical solutions with program goals
  • Assist in preparing technical requirement documents, including system diagrams and flowcharts illustrating data and process flows after proposed system changes
  • Analyze business requirements to ensure the designed ServiceNow solution meets functional, technical, and operational expectations
  • Perform proof-of-concept (POC) activities when needed to validate solution feasibility
  • Translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive system design documentation focusing on how the required functionality will be implemented
  • Develop end-to-end ServiceNow solutions

Requirements

  • Worked as ServiceNow developer for at least 3+ years recently
  • Worked on multiple modules but not limited to ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM, ITAM etc.

Nice to have

CSA, CAD or any of CIS certifications
