Job Responsibility:

  • Developing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and reliable software delivery
  • Automating infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
  • Building and maintaining microservice-based application platforms
  • Ensuring a smooth operation of production and development environments and resolving issues, including implementing effective monitoring
  • Solving problems related to the productivity, performance, and availability of the information systems investigating and analyzing problems in production environments with the help of application logs, source code, development tools, and documentation
  • Interacting and working with multiple application and IT teams as part of environment setup, maintenance, and support
  • Maintaining live products and services by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health

Requirements:

  • Experience as a DevOps Engineer for 5+ years in AWS cloud
  • In-depth knowledge of DevOps methodologies, practices, and principles
  • Strong understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure concepts
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, containers and other cloud native tools
  • Solid understanding of cloud architecture, automation, and infrastructure-as-code practices (CloudFormation, Terraform, Pulumi, etc)
  • Experience with one or more monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack
  • Scripting knowledge, no matter Bash, Python, or other scripting language
  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes with Jenkins, Gitlab or other tools
  • Knowledge of databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • AWS certifications
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above
