DevOps Engineer and Technical Coach Mentor

• Assist instructors in teaching classes (private and public courses), both virtual and onsite at client or public locations
• Mentor, coach, support trainees and evaluate customer feedback
• Review course materials, evaluate content and documentation
• Support trainees on how to use tools such as: Kubernetes
• Docker
• Jenkins
• Terraform
• Puppet, Chef, Ansible
• Splunk, ELK / EFK stack
• Git, Github, Bitbucket
• CI/CD

• Experience in leading and mentoring teams
• Experience in working with various tech stacks and Cloud (AWS, Azure, ServiceNow, etc.)
• Experience in working with IaaS, PaaS, SaaS
• Knowledge of Agile engineering practices
• Hands-on coding / scripting experience
• Ability to demonstrate best practices
• Experience in systems architecture, design, development, and programming in object-oriented and relational databases and client server platforms
• Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and communication, both written and spoken
• Good work ethic and the ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones

Experience in consulting and solution based professional services is a plus
