Job Description

Responsible for supporting the Spectrum platform by ensuring infrastructure stability, monitoring system performance, and maintaining production and pre-production environments in line with SLA requirements

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver services as per SLA (TRT, availability, performance)
  • Maintain production & pre-production environments
  • Monitor system health and ensure high availability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and deviations
  • Support testing, installation, and deployment processes
  • Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to operational and release procedures
  • Manage infrastructure components (servers, DB, middleware)
  • Continuously improve system performance and reliability

Requirements

  • Fluent in English & Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical and structured approach
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a matrix environment
