Job Description:

The DevOps Domain Lead role involves leading a team to support engineering, automation, and hardware/software deployment while ensuring compliance with Citi standards and policies. The position requires deep knowledge of the banking domain, experience in automating tasks, performance evaluation, and project delivery within budgets.

Job Responsibility:

Provide leadership and direction to a team in support and engineering activities
act as a consultant for management on long-term system strategies
oversee product delivery timelines and budgets
manage end-to-end projects including setup and migration
automate tasks and adopt modernization initiatives
ensure operational readiness and compliance with standards
assess and mitigate risks
ensure processes comply with Citi policies
manage technology risks within the portfolio

Requirements:

Deep understanding of banking applications domain knowledge
experience in motivating and coaching team members
ability to evaluate team performance and monitor quality of work
experience in system strategies and product line management
experience with VM setup, software installation, CICD pipeline setup, database schema setup, networking setup, capacity planning, and SSO migration
ability to perform automation of redundant tasks using AI
comprehensive knowledge of operational readiness and technology standards
ability to assess risk and ensure compliance with Citi policies
3-5 years of relevant experience in banking domain and technology management role
experience working in Financial Services or a large complex global environment
project management and DevOps experience
ability to work under tight deadlines and independently
proven track record of operational process improvements
bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

Comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking and reporting
demonstrated analytic and diagnostic skills
ability to work in a matrix environment and with virtual teams
