Job Description

Junior Procurement will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating the supply of goods and services for the organization. This role ensures that procurement activities are carried out efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations & to be Passionate about technology & Smart Tech devices.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify and evaluate potential vendors for devices, considering factors such as quality, pricing, reliability, and compatibility with our organization's requirements
  • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with vendors, including pricing, delivery schedules, service level agreements, and warranty agreements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, acting as the main point of contact and fostering open communication channels to ensure effective collaboration
  • Regularly assess vendor performance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, product quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Identify potential risks and implement measures to mitigate them
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance the devices vendor management process
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, procurement, finance, and operations
  • Assist in the development and management of the device’s vendor management budget
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, performance metrics, and other relevant information

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Passionate about technology & Smart Tech devices
  • Understanding of contract management and vendor relations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decision-making

  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to device procurement is a plus
