Job Responsibility

  • Defining the device services roadmap to underpin the vision and strategy through identification of key goals in line with Devices Strategy
  • Collaborate cross functionally (marketing, sales and operations) to ensure successful execution
  • Drive communication & negotiation with external parties to acquire strong partnership to execute the agreed plans for device services
  • Constantly monitor, track device services performance and propose corrective actions when needed
  • Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, perform competitive analysis and constantly propose new ways to increase customer engagement, revenues, margin uplift and overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • +4 years of experience (Sales or Marketing)
  • In-depth knowledge of Product life cycle Management of smart tech products
  • In-depth knowledge of device financing models
  • Deep understanding of driving revenue streams, and translating customer insights into proposition
  • Ability to work independently
  • Project Management Skills
  • Product Management of Smart-Tech Products
  • Proposition development & Commercial Management of Devices Services Products
  • Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent Presentation skills
