Job Description:

Based in the New Homes After Care Team, this pivotal role will drive the highest technical and operational post completion standards across our new developments. You’ll be joining a supportive, collaborative team where your expertise is valued, and your voice is heard.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee a specialist team of Quality Managers and Multi-Trade Operatives, delivering services to internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive the highest technical and operational post completion standards across new developments
  • Lead, mentor and co-ordinate Quality Managers and Multi-Trade Operatives to consistently deliver technical excellence
  • Work collaboratively with the wider new Build After Care Team, Development Project Managers, Developers and stakeholders
  • Drive effective remedial solutions to complex problems, ensuring customers expectations are met
  • Maximise warranty coverage by pro-actively identifying, managing and mitigating building or installation defects
  • Ensure business is managed to the highest standard
  • Oversee quality control processes
  • Identify and drive service improvements ensuring best practice and continuous improvement opportunities are shared across the wider Development Team

Requirements:

  • Hold a relevant qualification such as CIOB, MSC Building Surveying or RICS Chartered Surveyor
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proactive mindset
  • Genuine passion for delivering high-quality services
  • Strong leadership with technical expertise to lead, mentor and co-ordinate Quality Managers and Multi-Trade Operatives
