Palantir’s Korea Business Development team targets and partners with some of the largest institutions across multiple industries, by helping them solve their most critical challenges and respond to their most important opportunities. Development Strategists play a critical role in helping We’re looking for a Development Strategist to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue goals. In this role, you will work directly with Business Development to expand the Palantir footprint across enterprise organisations in Korea.
Job Responsibility:
Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through research, analysis and channel management
Build initial relationships with prospects by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions
Collaborate with business development and account teams to build and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline, ensuring consistent lead conversion
Act as a liaison between internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and finance) to ensure seamless coordination during the sales process
Prepare, review, and manage all required documentation, including contracts, NDAs, purchase orders, and compliance forms, ensuring alignment with customer policies
Address and resolve deal-blocking issues by proactively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Facilitate the post-sale handoff to customer success and implementation teams, ensuring a smooth transition
Requirements:
Fluency in Korean and English
2+ years of business development, consulting, sales, account executive, or related experience
Open to travel (25%+) per business needs
Nice to have:
Proven success in business development, consulting, sales or related experience
Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
ability to compellingly articulate Palantir's product offering to audiences with varying levels of technical skill and seniority
Thrive in a fast-paced, highly technical environment
