We are delighted to be recruiting for a new Development Quality Manager. This position can be based from either our Eastleigh, Bracknell or Yeovil office. Please note the role will involve travel across all Regions. Here at Abri, we’re determined to do our part in tackling the housing crisis by building at least 1,000 homes a year and to support our ambitious targets, we’re looking for a Development Quality Manager to support Abris drive for quality in construction and to improve the customers experience in new build homes. You’ll play a key role in our Development team by carrying out the benchmark snag, completing pre-handover inspections and working closely with key stakeholders and across the team. With a keen eye for detail, a passion for a job well done and an aptitude for technical detail you’ll take the initiative to highlight any quality issues, poor workmanship or construction defects, pre- and post-completion. With your passion for customer service and ‘doing the right thing’ you will be a confident problem solver with an ability to deliver great customer service whilst investigating complex issues, providing regular updates to customers whilst utilising the structural warranty wherever possible. You’ll be working with a range of stakeholders both internal and external including our development partners so being able to quickly build strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders is a must.   • Professional membership of a construction related institute is desirable e.g. RICS, RIBA, RTPI, CIOB or completion of a recognised Diploma through the Abri apprenticeship scheme
