Kaizen Global Group Ltd is proud to be partnering with a prestigious, award-winning design agency that specialises in the design, manufacture, and installation of retail displays, including POS, POP, and graphic displays. We’re looking for a Development Project Manager to join their dynamic and creative team, overseeing exciting projects from concept to completion.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing projects end-to-end, from initial concept through to final delivery
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
  • Collaborating closely with design and production teams to align objectives
  • Preparing and maintaining RAMS and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
  • Managing procurement, costing, and supplier coordination
  • Maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring all work meets quality standards and client expectations

Requirements

  • Background in retail displays, POS, POP, or design-led environments
  • Proven experience managing projects from inception to completion
  • Highly organised with a methodical approach to project delivery
  • Confident producing RAMS, BOMs, costings, and managing procurement
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with design and production teams
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
