Job Description

We are delighted to be looking for a new Development Programme Officer to join Abri's New Build Development Delivery team. We are the first port of call for all Development enquiries from our internal teams and external suppliers. As a Development Programme Officer, you will be on hand to provide excellent support to our Development Managers and land team by carrying out a large variety of tasks such as; making payments, filing, auditing, booking gas visits and liaising with suppliers, contractors and solicitors. This role provides support to the Programme Manager and Head of Projects and Programmes by raising and formatting reports and using the data in these reports to provide Local Authorities and other departments the statistics they require. Every day is a school day with lots to learn and new challenges to take on. Having good Excel and Maths skills are essential although help is always on hand, above all we are looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, We are looking for someone who is not afraid to embrace the changes of New Build development and to ensure we are compliant with Housing standards and following legislations, ensuring we live up to Abris values and Behaviours.
