Job Description

A mission-driven nonprofit is looking for a Development Operations Coordinator to keep fundraising operations running smoothly during a key transition.

Job Responsibility

  • Own all gift processing + donor acknowledgments
  • Keep the CRM (DonorPerfect required) accurate, organized, and optimized
  • Build reports + dashboards that help fundraising leaders make smarter decisions
  • Maintain data quality, workflows, and process consistency
  • Support the team with lists, segmentation, and donor insights

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in development operations, fundraising support, or CRM management
  • Strong experience with DonorPerfect
  • You’re analytical, organized, detail-obsessed, and love improving systems
  • Comfortable partnering closely with Finance + Development teams
  • Advanced Excel skills a big plus
