Development Officer

We're delighted to be recruiting for a Development Officer in our Delivery team! You will be covering the West – Somerset, Dorset, Bristol & Wiltshire. The job is flexible working, but based one / two days per week in our Yeovil Office. This is a career development role, where you will be enrolled on a construction related apprenticeship course to assist your learning and aim to get you a RICS qualification. You will have a willingness to complete studies in your own time in addition to the 1 day per week study time allowed. You will play a key role in supporting the Senior Development Managers & Development Managers assisting on schemes along with our consultants, developers / contractors to deliver new build affordable housing for the business. As your journey begins within the delivery team the role will be a supporting role, shadowing and assisting the team to gain experience and understanding, this will allow you to learn about the construction of properties to support your studying; along with internal processes to deliver new homes to our customers; allowing you to progress individually, as part of our team and enable you to play a bigger part in the teams goals.
