Development Manager

• Drive DevOps practices and showcase advanced DevOps skills
• Possess full-stack engineer capabilities and handle diverse tasks
• Support colleagues in Business Analysis, code development, and testing
• Learn new DevOps tools and developments
• Provide cross-functional technical support
• Drive DevOps transformation and automation
• Implement security scans to ensure code and dependencies security
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Automate infrastructure deployment and management
• Design and maintain containerized and virtualized environments
• Monitor systems and manage logs
• Design highly available and scalable cloud architectures

• Bachelor's degree (or above) in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with large-scale application projects in corporate banking
• Familiar with cloud service and distributed system design
• Demonstrated experience in drive DevOps transformation and automation
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Experience implementing security scans using tools like CyberFlow and Nexus IQ
• Rich experience in designing and implementing CI/CD using tools such as Jenkins, Nexus, Ansible
• Proficient in using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
• Experience using Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, Windows
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, CMS, Patrol
• Proficient in using AliCloud platform
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Shell, Python, PowerShell
• Ability to quickly diagnose and solve complex technical problems
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken)

Knowledge of Cantonese for communication with colleagues from Guangdong and Hong Kong
