Job Responsibility:

  • Overseeing all phases of real estate projects, from site acquisition and feasibility analysis through design, construction, and final closeout
  • Manage multi-disciplinary project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, ensuring clear communication and adherence to project goals
  • Creating and managing detailed project schedules, budgets, and financial models to ensure developments remain profitable and on track
  • Securing all necessary governmental approvals, permits, and entitlements, proactively resolving any regulatory or zoning issues that arise
  • Primary liaison with investors, local authorities, and community groups, effectively communicating project vision and managing stakeholder expectations

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Eng/Archi/Construction
  • Min 8 years experience in property development (Proj manager/dev manager)
  • Significant experience in property development, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully delivering complex residential or commercial projects
