Job Description:

A growing hospitality developer and operator is seeking an ambitious Development Manager to join their expanding team, delivering projects across a portfolio of 200 key hotels throughout the UK. This is a standout opportunity for someone looking to step into a true cradle-to-grave development role within a business that has real momentum. With a strong and active pipeline, the successful candidate will be involved in every stage of the development lifecycle - from early feasibility and acquisition support through to delivery and handover. The position is ideally suited to an individual currently working in a Quantity Surveying or Project Management capacity who is ready to broaden their scope and take on full project ownership. Previous experience within hospitality projects would be advantageous.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing hotel developments end-to-end across the UK portfolio
  • Supporting site acquisition, feasibility studies, and planning processes
  • Coordinating design teams, consultants, and contractors
  • Overseeing budgets, programmes, and commercial delivery
  • Acting as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners

Requirements:

  • Currently working in a Quantity Surveying or Project Management capacity
  • Previous experience within hospitality projects would be advantageous
