Job Description

As a Development Lead you will be leading a scrum team responsible for our e-commerce integrations. We’ve got a roadmap of work to get started on, being an established product we do have a bug backlog and the inevitable scaling challenges that come with rising customer demand and larger data volumes. You will support your team in their technical and personal development, providing them with regular feedback and guidance. You’ll work closely with your Group Engineering Manager, as well as Product Managers, QA, infrastructure teams and other business functions to plan, deliver, and contribute high quality work to expected deadlines. This is very much a hands on role, the exact split will depend on the project and the requirements to get the job done.
