Development Lead

• Building new features, from their conception up to their deployment in production
• Handling aspects of a SaaS product, including production monitoring and incident resolution on the cloud platform
• Contributing to the improvement of the team methodologies: continuous integration/continuous delivery, automated testing, standard processes' definition
• Collaborating with different groups
• Mentoring and guiding junior talent
• Analysing, refining, implementing, and validating new features
• Leading and strengthening our Database management policies with a strong focus on improving the processes
• Collaborating with other development teams, business partners and QA team members in delivering high quality software

• Bachelor or Master in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, or related software engineering background
• Experience in team and people management in an engineering environment
• Significant, demonstrable experience in software development
• Ability to autonomously dig into an existing codebase and understand its concepts
• Curiosity about the functional part of the product, base knowledge about the Finance industry will be highly appreciated
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• proactive approach with ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient English, both written and spoken
