Development Intern

L+M offers a comprehensive summer internship program. As part of LMXD, our mixed-income development team, you will support our mission to develop transformative mixed-income, mixed-use projects with a focus on culture, community, and sustainability both within the New York region and across the country. This is an excellent opportunity for a smart, city-loving real estate development graduate student to join an entrepreneurial endeavor within an industry-leading platform. Interns gain hands-on exposure to complex, civically impactful projects while helping to grow a mission driven and profitable business. During the ten-week program, interns will be expected to work independently and collectively as part of a team.
