Job Description:

The Development Funding Content Coordinator plays an important role in supporting Faith Comes By Hearing’s ministry by helping communicate the impact of our work to partners and donors. This role manages the collection, organization, and development of program data and field testimonies used in grant proposals, donor reports, and partner communications. The coordinator also uses emerging AI tools to help draft content and improve internal workflows, ensuring all materials are accurate, compelling, and aligned with Faith Comes By Hearing’s messaging and style standards. This position works closely with internal teams including Global Partnerships, Oral Bible Translation, Language Recording, Global Services, and the Communications & Marketing team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Using advanced AI-based writing tools, generate drafts for partner reports and other donor-facing communications. Refine and edit AI output for accuracy, clarity, style, and voice
  • Conduct targeted research on ministry projects (including funding levels, geographic focus, strategic goals, and measurable impact) to ensure all manually produced and AI-generated content is factual
  • Coordinate with global field staff, internal departments (including Global Partnerships, Oral Bible Translation, Language Recording, and Global Services), and members of ELT on reporting best practices
  • Enhance interdepartmental knowledge and collaboration by attending meetings with members of Global Partnerships, Oral Bible Translation, Language Recording, Global Services, and other relevant internal departments
  • Research donor and partner history in Salesforce CRM
  • Attend monthly donor report and proposal meetings and weekly development funding meetings in order to develop and maintain familiarity on key aspects of partner relationships in order to effectively steward and enhance these integral partnerships
  • Steward the confidentiality of funding partners, donors, field staff, and program beneficiaries. Use discretion and sound judgement when working with sensitive content, including written testimonies, images, videos, and program data. Identify sensitive content and advise on appropriate safeguarding measures
  • Gather and compile key program data and field testimonies for use in grant proposals, donor reports, partner reports, and other donor-facing communications
  • Manage and maintain a robust digital library of field testimonies, images, and videos, easily accessible to writers, video creatives, graphic designers, and other members of the Communications and Marketing Team
  • Strategically create, manage, and maintain scalable systems to manage testimonies, partner impact data, and reporting workflows
  • Archive and organize finalized proposals, grant applications, and reports for future reference, conducting monthly audits of the Monday.com Writer’s Board
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM, Monday.com, and other digital tools to accomplish various components of job
  • Innovate and streamline internal reporting and proposal systems using artificial intelligence
  • Develop and implement AI-based templates, prompts, and workflows that reduce manual repetition and improve departmental efficiency, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and brand consistency
  • Identify opportunities to expand the use of AI for data gathering, copywriting, and process efficiencies. Spearhead the adoption of approved improvements across the Communications and Marketing Team
  • Participate in virtual and in-person meetings with partners
  • Collaborate with other members of the Communications and Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and branding
  • Provide coordination support to Chief Development Officer, Digital and Print Marketing Manager, and Creative Communications Manager, as needed

Requirements:

  • Alignment with Faith Comes By Hearing’s mission and vision
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, administration or a related field, or 3-4 years of equivalent work experience, preferably in a non-profit or international setting
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM
  • Experience with Monday.com
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to shift priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail and ability to effectively review, correct, and improved AI-generated content
  • Ability to maintain discretion when acquiring, organizing, and distributing highly sensitive and/or confidential content, including financial data
  • Works well independently and as a team member

Nice to have:
