Designs and optimizes advanced electronic circuits to meet performance and reliability targets from concept through product release
Responsible for the design, development, testing and documenting of a system, subsystem, or a component as part of an overall architecture
Applies the latest technology and research findings/results into engineering designs solutions and design rules
Works with an outside-in view in order to understand and fulfil customer and market requirements as well as competitive alternatives
Designs, realizes, tests (sub-) systems or components based on design requirements and produces specs for the product and propositions
Drives IP creation and protection (Patents, Trade secrets, Copyrights)
Writes, updates and maintains development reports and project deliverables
Depending on grade, contributes to and drives technology road mapping
Depending on grade, provides coaching and mentoring within the team
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related technical field
Experience in electronic hardware research and development, including design, prototyping, and testing of electronic components and systems
Relevant certifications in electronics design or hardware development (e.g., IPC Designer Certification) are advantageous
