Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Development Data & Support Coordinator to support our Resource Development Team. This role is first and foremost responsible for the integrity, accuracy, and strategic use of donor data within our CRM, ANDAR -- serving as the central point of coordination for all Resource Development data management and reporting. In addition to data stewardship, this position provides high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the success of fundraising campaigns, donor engagement efforts, and team initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary ANDAR steward, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of all donor and campaign data
  • Manage daily data operations in ANDAR, including entry, imports/exports, audits, and system maintenance
  • Produce and analyze fundraising reports, tracking pledges, payments, donor retention, and revenue trends
  • Reconcile donor data with Finance, resolving discrepancies in pledges, gifts, and check logs
  • Maintain campaign tracking tools, donor lists, and reporting dashboards to support fundraising efforts
  • Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Chief Development & Marketing Officer, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and follow-through on strategic priorities
  • Provide project coordination support by tracking key initiatives, maintaining task lists, and following up on outstanding items across Resource Development and Marketing
  • Prepare and proofread donor communications, reports, and presentations to ensure clarity and professionalism
  • Support donor stewardship by coordinating timely and accurate acknowledgments and communications
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, volunteer groups, and fundraising events, including RSVPs and materials preparation

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with a CRM system required
  • ANDAR experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain data accuracy at a high level of detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (data analysis, reporting, imports/exports)
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with donors, volunteers, board members, and community partners
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in fundraising operations, executive support, development coordination, CRM/database management, or related professional environment
  • Experience in a nonprofit setting is a plus
