Job Description:

Participate to the systems’ Development Assurance activities on all the aircraft systems following the guidelines provided by ARP 4754(A) and associated internal ATR Process.

Job Responsibility:

  • Update of System Development Process, and Supplier monitoring
  • Determining the System development strategy
  • Determining the System Integration, Validation & Verification strategy & activities
  • Support System designers in requirements capture and PTS redaction
  • Support System designers in the redaction of the Development and V&V plan
  • Monitor and assess that development assurance activities are correctly performed
  • Discussions with certification authorities in collaboration with DOA and airworthiness department
  • Lead Process Assurance activities for "small" projects
  • Attending projects review meetings after reviewing/approving projects’ deliverables

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in aeronautical systems Development Assurance (more than 5 years) and or AEH design Assurance
  • Experience in certification
  • Good knowledge of Certification Specifications CS 25 and Part 21, and of the development standards (DO 254, AMC 20152, AMC 20-189, ARP 4754A, …)
  • In-depth knowledge of: CS/AMC 25.1309, ARP 4754A, DO 254
  • Performing Audits and Development Reviews
  • Aircraft systems architecture and in particular critical ones, installation and segregation/separation rules and system development process
  • Requirement Management
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate with various parties (External: authorities, partners, suppliers ... - Internal: designers, airworthiness monitoring, production, quality, purchasing ...) and in a multicultural environment
  • Autonomy and taking initiative
  • Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus)
