Job Description

As our first Developer Relations Lead, you will be the bridge between our core protocol team and the global developer ecosystem. You will not only communicate our long-term vision but also empower developers to build on our platform, ensuring they have a world-class experience. You will be instrumental in de-risking our execution and unblocking our innovation engine by fostering a thriving community of builders and providing a clear feedback loop to our engineering team.

Job Responsibility

  • Evangelize the Vision: Act as our primary technical evangelist, communicating our protocol's 'why' and 'what' to the developer community through engaging content and presentations
  • Create a World-Class Developer Experience: Develop and maintain technical content, including documentation, tutorials, blog posts, and code examples that make it easy for new and existing developers to build on our protocol
  • Build the Community: Foster and nurture a vibrant developer community through online forums (e.g., Discord, Twitter), in-person meetups, workshops, and hackathons
  • Be the Voice of the Developer: Gather feedback from the ecosystem and advocate for their needs, translating pain points and feature requests into actionable insights for our engineering and product teams
  • Speak with Authority: Represent our company at conferences and industry events, delivering technical talks and demonstrations that highlight the power and potential of our protocol

Requirements

  • Strong background in software engineering
  • Deep, systems-level understanding of distributed systems
