Job Responsibility:
Properly identify, define, prioritize, and escalation of current product quality and reliability issues coming from global markets
Diagnosis and addressing customer quality problems through 4M analysis process with PD/SQE/Manufacturing/Product Support teams
Performing claim analysis to meet warranty targets (MERF and CORF) interacting with CPM teams and whole quality network
Developing solutions for THD (Technical Help Desk) reports with CNH Team
Participate in technical risk assessment related to campaigns : Identification & Mitigation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, Mechatronic or Automotive Engineering
Minimum 3 years experience in product quality, reliability, or continuous improvement in automotive industry
Ability to show proactive approach and keen to adapt agile working principles, self-learner
Good interpersonal skills and excellent teamwork attitude, autonomous and problem solver
Knowledge in FMEA, SPC, and measurement systems analysis, root cause analysis using the 8D approach, analytical thinking, and technical reporting
Knowledge about ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems and documentation is required
Good knowledge of MS Office and Power BI applications
Good command of English, both written and spoken

6 sigma green/black belt certification is an asset
