Job Description:

We're looking for a Developer Advocate AI/ML to become the technical voice of Encord in the AI/ML developer community and leadership ecosystem. You'll create compelling technical content, speak at industry events, and build authentic relationships with practitioners building production AI systems as well as technical leaders shaping AI strategy. You'll represent Encord at major conferences and technical meetups, engaging with everyone from engineers to Directors of AI/ML, VPs of Engineering, and CTOs. This role combines technical education with executive-level thought leadership - producing tutorials and sample code for practitioners while creating strategic content on AI infrastructure, team scaling, and organizational best practices for technical leaders. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ML practitioner to own a foundational developer relations function and grow your personal brand across all levels of AI/ML communities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build real-world examples and reference projects demonstrating Encord workflows across AI/ML use cases
  • speak at industry conferences and AI/ML meetups
  • build and nurture Encord's developer community across various social platforms
  • lead research on emerging trends in foundation models and AI/ML
  • serve as the voice of developers and technical leaders within Encord

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Computer Vision Engineer, or similar role building and deploying models in production
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • demonstrated experience with data workflows
  • effective communicator who can explain complex technical concepts clearly to engineers while also articulating strategic value and organizational impact to technical executives
  • comfortable being the technical face of a rapidly growing company
