The DevOps Lead role at NTT DATA involves leading a team of engineers to enhance API platform solutions through automation and governance. Requirements

  • Lead a team of ~10 DevOps and Platform Engineers
  • Work closely with the Platform Team Product Owner, and Enterprise Integration Leadership team
  • Define, Plan and Execute the roadmap of API Platform Team change
  • Design and deliver API Platform Team solutions covering CI/CD: Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform
  • SCM: Bitbucket / GitHub Enterprise
  • JIRA Service Desk Automations
  • Security: Fortify (SAST + DAST), XRay (SCA)
  • SRE: AppDynamics, Grafana, Loki, Cloudwatch, Anypoint
  • Ensure Governance is applied through Automation – Quality Gates
  • Ensure Coding standards for Enablement Team are in place and applied
  • Provide Technical leadership for the team
  • Ensure that core DevOps tooling, patterns, assets are used
  • Ensure versioning of all created assets
  • Develop and Mentor junior staff
  • Arrange a roster for on-call support as needed by Release
  • Support delivery of an excellent Developer Experience
  • Support the core frameworks development for Spring and MuleSoft including the integration of testing frameworks
  • Support key programme / initiative delivery
