Detention deputy

Conduct gender specific job tasks (i.e. female pat-searches, female strip searches, female dress downs, etc.)

• Be a U.S. citizen
• Speak, read and write English
• Meet all requirements established by the Idaho Peace Officer Standards and Training Council
• Pass written assessment with minimum score of 60%
• Pass physical ability assessment (Vertical Jump: 14 inches, Sit-Ups (1 minute): 15, Push-Ups: 21, 300-Meter Run: 77 seconds, 1.5-Mile Run/Walk: 17 minutes 17 seconds)
• No marijuana use within one (1) year of assessment date
