Job Description:

This role involves a high degree of interaction with students and other employees within the organization, with a focus on customer service, and student onboarding.

Job Responsibility:

Engage in regular communication with new students, facilitating their onboarding process for various classes
Actively participate in customer service activities, including answering phones and responding to chat bot queries
Manage the registration process for events, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for attendees
Leverage Microsoft Suites, Zoom, Word, and Excel to accomplish tasks and maintain organized records
Conduct proactive outreach to students, maintaining positive relationships and encouraging ongoing engagement
Collaborate closely with the course development team to ensure alignment and mutual support
Perform data entry and order entry tasks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
Monitor student progress throughout classes, providing necessary support and follow-ups
Schedule appointments as needed, demonstrating strong organizational skills
Participate in outbound marketing activities, contributing to the organization's overall marketing efforts

Requirements:

Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls
Demonstrated skills in Customer Service
Accurate and proficient Data Entry skills
Experience with Email Correspondence in a detail oriented setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Ability to efficiently schedule appointments
Knowledge of the registration process within the real estate industry
