Requirements
Right to work in Dominican Republic
Speak English plus ideally another European language
Passionate about making guests happy and going above and beyond to guide and support the team in delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for guests
Highly motivated, target-driven person with a positive mindset towards achieving results
Quick learner who masters technology and tools essential for the role, excelling at delivering training

Naturally motivates and guides the team, leading by example and tackling challenges with confidence
Fully conversational in English
Ability to work independently and be remotely managed, taking accountability and responsibility for the wider resort area
